RED RIBBON WEEK
Red Ribbon Week is a time in the year when we celebrate living a drug-free life and making healthy, safe choices. Norwood School will celebrate this week, October 22-26, 2018. During this week each student is given a red wristband, and they are encouraged to wear it each day to support living a healthy life. Each day during Red Ribbon Week we will focus on a theme for the day and encourage students and staff to dress accordingly. Those who participate in dressing up will qualify to win prizes for that day. The themes this year are:
Monday 22: Wacky Tacky or Twin Day!
Dress crazy, wacky, & tacky, or pick a friend & dress the same.
Tuesday 23: Crimson or Orange Day!
OU fans wear as much Crimson as you can or OSU fans wear Orange.
Wednesday 24: Senior Citizen or Career Day!
Dress like a Lil' Ole' Man or Lady or wear what you want to be when you grow up.
Thursday 25: Decades Day!
50's Rock n' Roll -- poodle skirts, pony tails tied with scarves, white t-shirt, rolled up jeans, slicked back hair
60's-70's Hippie/Disco -- tie dyed shirts, bright colored silk shirts & bell bottom pants, head bands, round sunglasses
